RFP Notice: Commercial Advisory Services fo KDHC’s LNG Procurement Strategy Korea District Heating Corp. (“KDHC”) invites reputable consulting firms to submit proposals for commercial advisory services related to KDHC’s LNG procurement strategy for its combined heat and power plants in the Republic of Korea. 1. Scope of Services Commercial Advisory Services for KDHC’s LNG Procurement Strategy 2. Tendering Procedure International Competitive Bidding 3. Eligibility Requirements Eligible bidders must be international consulting firms with extensive experience and expertise in the LNG industry, particularly in LNG procurement. 4. Selection of the Preferred Bidder KDHC shall rank bidders in descending order of their total evaluation scores and select the highest-ranked bidder as the preferred bidder. If negotiations with that bidder are unsuccessful, KDHC may proceed with the next-ranked bidder. 5. RFP Document KDHC will provide the RFP document to qualified consulting firms that demonstrate relevant commercial advisory experience.
